Land Management Office Engineering Technician

Responsibilities include providing assistance to landowners for implementation of conservation practices using a wide array of programs. Duties will include making personal, one on one contacts with prospective, long-term conservation program participants and provide technical assistance to interested landowners in collaboration with local, state and federal agencies (SWCD, NRCS, FSA, DNR, MCPA etc); also assists with the maintenance of the county’s geographic information system. A majority of the work is conducted outdoors.
