College Scoops is seeking an enthusiastic Editorial Intern to join our team. The intern will focus on writing blog posts, conducting research and interviewing experts in the college space, content planning and assistance, video and photo production, and social media marketing.
Responsibilities:
o Write original content swiftly and reliably with engaging headlines
o Provide thoughtful angles on topics
o Work alongside the Founder to assist with content creation and implementation
o Assist with content creation for interactive guides, student Q&A videos and podcasts.
Requirements:
o Superb writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
o Ability to work independently and complete tasks and projects without close supervision and on deadline.
o Experience crafting social media plans for a publisher, brand, or for your own platforms.
o Passionate about storytelling through multiple social media platforms.
o A self-starter and go-getter attitude with an upbeat and positive manner.
o Working at a start-up requires the ability to be adaptable, energetic, and detail-oriented.
