Investment Management Operations Internship-Aegon AM
Position Overview: Assist the Investment Management Operations team with routine responsibilities as well as projects as needed to support the Public Fixed Income team and the investment management process.
Responsibilities:
· Produce, review, and distribute routine and ad-hoc reporting for investment team members or other areas of the organization
· Develop knowledge of fundamental concepts and complete routine processes focused on the following.
o Maintain accurate trade data in the trading system
o Ensure accurate and timely settlement of bank loan investments
o Provide other support for trading activities and the operations related to those activities
· Document procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement
· Develop skills and knowledge of different investment software (e.g. Aladdin and Bloomberg)
· Assist with various projects
Required Qualifications:
· Must be currently enrolled full-time at a college or university pursuing a specified degree in Finance or related field.
· Internships are not available for students who have completed their college education or who will graduate prior to the conclusion of the internship.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced skills in Excel preferred.
