Nursing School New Graduate -Pre-NCLEX & Nurse Residency Program!
We are inviting ALL NURSING STUDENTS WHO ARE EITHER CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN YOUR FINAL SEMESTER OF NURSING SCHOOL OR RECENTLY GRADUATED FROM NURSING SCHOOL. We look forward to chatting with you regarding our Nursing School New Graduate Pre-NCLEX & Nurse Residency Program!
Upon completion of the nursing program and receipt of the authorization to test, TheNursing School New Graduatewill be paired with a Registered Nurse (RN) to orient to the Medical/Surgical unit. Orientation will consist of rotating 12 hour shifts, days, nights, weekends and holidays. Hospital orientation and any nursing documentation/skills will also be completed. Orientation will consist approximately 12 weeks of direct nursing care within the Med/Surg unit with rotations of approximately 60 hours to the Emergency Department and Operating Rooms for clinical familiarization. TheNSNG will always be assigned a RN preceptor.
The expectation is that the Graduate Nursewill challenge the NCLEX within60 days of hire. New graduates are required to pass the NCLEX® examination within three months of starting orientation.
