IT Smart Products Internship

SMART PRODUCTS IT INTERNSHIP


Work Type: Internship
Location: Roswell, GA
Start Date: Spring and Summer of 2020

Summary of Position
The intern will work with members of the Digital Innovation & Smart Products team to provide end-to-end IoT products support, as we drive the commercialization of the KCP Smart Product program.
The Smart Products team is really interested in individuals who are passionate about unlocking the power of IoT solutions and technologies, with career goals that show affinity with this domain.

The K-C IT Smart Products Team intern will gain exposure in the following areas:
·      Effective end-user communications
·      End-to-End IoT design and support models
·      Develop end-to-end Call flows using Visio
·      Working environment of a large company, as part of a global team
·      Business experience using productivity tools
·      Opportunity to influence large project with outside experience





Qualifications
·      Solid knowledge of PC-based applications (Windows, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, Visio)
·      Some work experience in a business environment
·      HTML 5, R, Tableau, Wireless Background LTE, 5G
·      Mobile Development
·      Hardware Design and familiar with Firmware development
·      Communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
·      Leadership experience during college years
·      Strong analytical skills
·      Transportation to work location
·      Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
·      EE degrees desired but will consider other disciplines with the appropriate experience.
·      Experience in Wireshark or other network troubleshooting tools
·      Leadership experience during college years 
·      Communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences 
·      Leadership experience during college years
·      Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher
·      Ability to work full-time (40 Hours/week from May to August)
·      Transportation to work location
