Summer Leadership Intern

POSITION SUMMARY                                                                                                                                   
The Leadership Intern will be assigned a variety of banking assignments to allow the intern an overall understanding and working knowledge of the banking environment. This opportunity consists of specific job tasks, job shadowing, and learning from other locally owned businesses.  
KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS                                                                                                     
  • Reports to the Corporate Trainer, and assigned bank.
  • Works closely with Corporate Trainer, Ohnward Bancshares team, other interns.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                                                                   
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working as a group on a defined project and activities related to marketing products or services for the bank and ancillary businesses.
  • Other job responsibilities will depend on the role you fill at your prospective bank. 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES                                                                                                                                    
To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Desired skills: strong communication skills, analytical, creative, familiarity with social networking sites, socially conscious, interest in community development, desktop publishing and writing experience.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE                                                                                                                     
  • High school diploma or GED
  • In May 2020 have finished their Freshmen year at a College or University.
