Engineering Graduate Program

Coesia is looking for the next generation of talent to join our international Engineering Graduate Program! We are looking for Engineering Graduate Program (EGP) candidates in the following countries: USA, France, Germany, Sweden, Malaysia, Spain and Italy.

 

 

As part of this program, you will receive in-class and on-the-job training provided by Coesia top management in a series of geographically dispersed job rotations. You will be involved in technical as well as business-critical international projects that will give you worldwide exposure and an opportunity to put into practice what you have learned.

EGP is an advanced career path, both managerial and technical, that will give you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills within Coesia. This journey will boost your career path by taking advantage of professional mentoring and EGP community. You will also build a global network of fellow engineering alumni while taking advantage of professional mentoring from Coeisa’s technical and functional leadership teams.

·   Have obtained a Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotic, Automation, Computer or Information & Technology within the last 12 months

·   A minimum of 3.7 GPA
