Prairie St. John's, a 110-bed psychiatric care facility located in Fargo, North Dakota, has been providing services for children, adolescents and adults to address mental health challenges and substance use disorders since 1997. Prairie offers a Continuum of Care including inpatient hospitalization, residential treatment, day treatment, intensive outpatient services and clinic services.
Prairie St. John’s is seeking a dynamic and talented Adult Therapist to join our inpatient treatment team.
Position Highlights:
Team Based: The therapist works closely with the treatment team including nursing, substance use disorders, social work, and psychiatry to complete assessments and evaluations; provide group and family therapy, case management and discharge plans.

Job Requirements for a Therapist at Prairie St. John's:
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or family and marriage therapy
- Eligible for licensure in the State of North Dakota as a LICSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, LAPC, LMFT, or LAMFT
- Superb documentation skills
- Able to communicate thoroughly in writing and in person
