What you will do:
 
As an Application Support Engineer at inRiver, you will be a part of the Services team working with services and technical support of our PIM product, apps and integrations. The primary focus will be to help partners and customers troubleshoot integrations and inRiver solutions. You will utilize your knowledge around both databases and debugging code.

As all heroes know: with great power comes great responsibility. In your role as an Application Support Engineer, customer service is upfront & center.

You will handle specific assigned tasks, and be a key player in our close-knit, collaborative Services team. You will help your colleagues and receive help from them. Your task completions will make a difference, and you will clearly see what you have accomplished in our releases.

As a person you are curious and are eager to learn; it goes without saying you have a hunger for everything technical. You understand the value in our customers and you have strong service mindset to go with.

You will thrive if you have:

  • You have excellent customer service skills and have previous experience in providing customer service
  • Extensive application & software support experience.
  • Knowledge of .Net (C#), SQL and web development
  • Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Stack and MS environments
  • Used to working in an issue tracking system like Zendesk or similar.
  • You are naturally curious and willing to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide excellent documentation skills
  • Experience from similar systems like e-commerce, CMS or others is seen as an advantage
  • Business language English  

Great if you also have:

  • Experience from similar systems like e-commerce, CMS or others is seen as an advantage
  • Knowledge about the PIM domain
  • Knowledge about DAM related systems and services
  • Adobe InDesign experience
