Join the Team at OPM’s Strategic Workforce Planning Division (SWP) for a Research Internship.
 
Overview: The student volunteer Human Capital Intern will assist in conducting research on a various Government products such as GAO reports, Congressional Reports, agency strategic goals, OIG Reports and other various documents to help identify common vulnerabilities across the Federal government. {Online Only}

Duties include:
·        Environmental Scanning:
o  Conduct research on human capital trends; and
o  Conduct Research on the future of federal work; how will automation or robotics impact how we conduct our work among other topics.

·        Trend Analysis on Government reports
o  Review public reports such as GAO, OIG, Congressional, MSPB and other various reports to identify trends across the Federal Government; and
o  Review agency strategic plans and agency priority goals to determine where commonalities occur across Government.
 
Duration:
·        Not to exceed 6 months
·        This position is a virtual position where interns will conduct independent research and have update calls bi-weekly or as needed.
