Mortgage Loan Closer

As a Loan Closer you will facilitate the Visio loan closing process and ensure everything is accurate and delivered in a timely manner. You will serve as a liaison for all loan closings and provide top-notch customer service with extreme attention to detail. You will ensure all paperwork is completed, signed and filed correctly in accordance with established policies & procedures.

·      Contacting buyers, brokers, title companies, attorneys and sales agents via phone and email as needed to conduct business

·      Preparing of mortgages, notes and other closing documents

·      Reviewing title commitments, purchase contracts, tax certifications and HUDs/ALTA Statements

·      Disbursement of collateral files and closing documents to servicer

·      Serving as the responsible party for clearing all closing checklist items and ordering funds from lender

·      Completing other assigned tasks and projects per business needs

·      Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

·      Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00/hr. (This position is Non-Exempt/Non-Management) *An advanced level position may be offered based on level of experience

·      Someone with 3 years of relevant loan closing or processing experience

·      Someone with a High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent

·      Someone with attention to detail and accuracy

·      Someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to follow up appropriately

·      Someone with excellent customer service

·      Someone with a bachelor’s degree within a related field

·      Someone with 3 years of Mortgage LOS (Calyx Point, Encompass, or other applicable software)
