Product Marketing, Europe Region Intern

One of the biggest sales opportunities for Europe Region is development of Fragrance category. Currently Fragrances contribute USD 35M (12%) to Total Europe WHS and there is still significant market potential. Among all Europe markets, the biggest are Russia and Kazakhstan bringing 80% of Fragrance sales to Europe Region. 
A recent Corporate decision was made to no longer have a Global Fragrance focus and strategy. This situation has resulted in Region Team having to lead and own the New Product Development (NPD) process of Fragrance, to continue to serve our Sales Force and capture the growth that this category presents. In cooperation and partnership with an external vendor, the Region Team will need to develop and deliver fragrances to support Europe Region demand for the short and long-term.
The requested Intern will work on Europe Fragrance NPD process with this external vendor (Maesa) with RT Marketing team, in order to maximize the development and launch oppoprtunity:  
- Gather competitive Fragrance information including packaging, pricing, positioning, marketing assets examples with strong focus on key Fragrances scents to support further fragrance NPD projects in Europe. Explore similarities and differences between East and West Europe.
- Create do and dont’s for Fragrance creative assets for Eastern and Western Europe markets basing on competitive examples as well as on consumer preferences.
- Investigate and organize the information on Fragrance launches / selling situations / micro party available on the Europe markets / gather best practices.
- Create and organize the library of Fragrance assets available to be shared with Europe markets. 
- Partner with local markets (Russia and Kazakhstan) to develop plans of marketing support in order to create successful launch plans of new Fragrance and following collection in order to maximize the opportunity.

Marketing and international experience or knowledge. Desire and interest in developing experience in international business and/or the beauty industry.
