Project Coordinator, Marketing Activation

Reports To:                  VP, Product Activation

Screenvision provides cinema marketing solutions to its advertising clients through on-screen sight, sound and motion (Cinema Spots), still image advertising (Cinema Slides) and in-theater promotional opportunities (Cinema Extensions). Nationally, Screenvision is the largest cinema network, exclusively providing Cinema Spots to advertisers on more than half of the nation's available movie screens. On the regional level, the company's Screenvision Direct business unit offers Cinema Slide and promotional opportunities to small and mid-sized businesses in local markets around the country.
 
Position Summary:
This is an exciting position on a dynamic team. This role is responsible for coordination within the Product Activation team, having exposure to the creation, development, and management of client activations as well as internal brand initiatives. Primary duties will be supporting the Events, Technology, Lobby, and On-Screen teams as well as administrative duties.
 
Overall Responsibilities:
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to research and develop activation concepts for execution focusing on lobby, on-screen, technology, and events
  • Evaluate client briefs with the team to effectively translate client objectives into viable product activations
  • Develop and create decks and presentations supporting Screenvision brand positioning and custom activation solutions for clients
  • Assisting with the execution of promotional and other revenue-generating programs
  • Remain aware of movie industry trends to develop opportunities for Screenvision
  • Develop and produce internal and external-facing collateral materials
  • Work on company-wide projects that will be focused on new innovations and ideas

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (concentration in Marketing/ PR/ Communications preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations preferred
  • Event execution experience a huge plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required
  • Execution and timeline driven with a strong partiality for excellence
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong writing skills a must
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Photoshop & graphic design knowledge and experience a plus
  • Knowledge and active participation in brainstorming sessions/contributing ideas (ex: RFP)
  • Ability to interface and develop relationships with internal and external clients
  • Curiosity and excitement for the marketing and executing activations
  • Social media and tech savvy
