Help Desk Support

Apex Systems is looking for a Helpdesk Support/Technical Support Specialist in the Cedar Rapids, IA area.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide tier 1 phone support
  • Field inbound calls from clients 
  • Ensure clients and customers' problems/issues are taken care of in a timely manner 
  • Provide solutions based on client's technical issues 
  • Work with other team members on providing larger solutions 
Requirements
  • 1 year of previous help desk/phone support experience is preferred 
  • Ability to troubleshoot various browsers on computers and not limited to phones/tablets 
  • Previous customer service experience 
  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment 
  • Proficient in MS Office 
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
