[Responsibilities]
1. As a group management Trainee, assist in carrying out related work and assist the person in charge of the Research & Development center in Science and Technology Group; Promote specific R&D projects and assist in the planning, implementation, and management of major projects;
2. Assist in the product planning and design of key business lines; Through research and analysis of industry dynamics, identify users’ needs and pain points to provide support for decision making process;
3. Assist in the planning and design of the core system based on business needs, system performance, and availability to provides effective support for the decision-making process;
4. Participate in the organization, coordination, and promotion of work; 
 
[Job Requirements】
1. Graduated from September 2019 to August 2020, full-time enrollment of master's degree or above;
2. Computer, mathematics, statistics, communication, management engineering, and related majors are preferred;
3. Have a career pursuit, strong ambition, and be able to work independently and actively; be rigorous, practical, and resistance; fast learning as well as coordination and organization skills;
4. With scholarship awards at or above the college level or school organizations leader experiences are preferred;
5. Enthusiastic about technology, with project management and promotion capabilities, be familiar with the development of the technology group, be able to obtain information effectively, apply professional knowledge, combine with the condition of the enterprise; Accurately analyze various problems, and give solutions timely and effectively;

In 2002, led by Chairman Mr. Zhang Jindong, a college-graduate introduction and training program—Project 1200 was officially launched. Merely in the first term in 2003, 1200 graduates were recruited and introduced. which was upgraded in 2013 to “1200 Management Trainee Program”. Suning’s Project 1200 is the largest and most influential talent project with the longest history.
 
So far, Project 1200 has been continuously implemented for 14 terms and has introduced and trained more than 38,000 outstanding college graduates.
