Job Responsibilities:
The Commercial Leadership Program is a trainee program for the company's future business leaders. Through two and a half years of challenging rotations and a series of business training courses in different departments, the project members can meet and continuously improve the core skills of business work, comprehensively exercise leadership, and lay a solid foundation for long-term career development basis.
Job Requirements:
1. Candidates who are graduating from October 2019 to July 2020 domestically or overseas or candidates who have worked for two years after graduation
2. Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, medical/biomedical engineering, business and other related majors are preferred
2. Hold a basic understanding of the medical industry and an interest in business working area, be brave enough to accept challenges and bear the pressure
3. Have clear logical thinking and analytical skills
4. Team spirit and leadership potential
5. Strong communication skills and fluent in both Chinese and English
Salary: 6000-10000
