Foxconn Future Leaders Program (Paid training, start from Dec, 2019)

Candidates will join in the Foxconn future leaders program and start their work at Wisconn Valley in 2019 December. In this 6-month Program, candidates will step out of the comfort zone and gain valuable experience across multiple departments. With the support from ongoing mentoring, joint trainee projects, specially designed seminars and workshops, candidates will be assigned to different departments within Foxconn global sites for two or three months at a time. 

·      Two-week long introduction training at the Wisconn Valley HQ in Milwaukee

·      Two-month assignment in Wisconsin to get an overview of Foxconn global operations and work at a strategic level

·      Two-month assignment in Foxconn Texas for smart manufacturing

·      Two-month assignment in Foxconn overseas factories depends on trainees’ interest

Our training landscape will provide candidates with rich information to become a successful leader in the organization. Besides developing leadership skills, candidates will learn how to communicate effectively, build network and gain valuable business and company knowledge. Once candidates completed the Foxconn Future Leaders Program, each of them will take up a role in Foxconn WI within the chosen area.

·      United States Citizen, Green Card holder or international students in opt period with a valid EAD card by Dec.15th,2019. 

·      Recent bachelor and master graduates with a degree in a relevant STEM disciplines

·      Strong academic track record (minimum GPA 3.2)

·      Fluency in English (mandatory)

·      Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

·      Maturity, a high level of cultural awareness, and willingness to work internationally

·      Internship experience in those highlighted areas is a plus (AI, Big data, Cloud, Data Center, High Performance Computing, 5G & networks, and other business related major)
