PEAK6 Boot Camp

The PEAK6 Boot Camp is a rigorous, two-week program that will help you hone your skills as a leader and business operator, preparing you for a position in PEAK6's management development program. Designed for college students of all backgrounds and majors, the Boot Camp combines educational sessions with practical experience. In between sessions on topics like negotiation and business strategy, you'll also tackle real challenges faced by PEAK6 companies.

Throughout your time at PEAK6, you will have access to our top leadership, including meetings with our co-founders and with executives from our various companies. PEAK6 leaders will serve as mentors, guiding your work and developing your management skills. You’ll also get the chance to meet other ambitious students from across the country, working with them on case studies and participating together in various cultural outings.

This is a comprehensive, educational experience with a focus on learning to operate and grow businesses. At our discretion, PEAK6 may extend full-time job offers to the top-performing participants in our Boot Camp.

Applicant profile  

At PEAK6, we encourage innovative thinking and reward fresh ideas. We accept applicants from any major or program—no business experience necessary. Applicants should be undergraduate students with an expected graduation date between Dec. 2020 and June 2021. Diverse backgrounds are welcomed. We’re looking for aptitude, good judgment, and a strong work ethic.

Applications are considered on a rolling basis.

When: Monday, August 17th to Friday, August 28th

Where: PEAK6’s office in Chicago, Illinois (Historic Chicago Board of Trade Building). We will provide lodging, travel, and a cost-of-living stipend for the duration of the program.
