Marketing Intern

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

StreamKick has recently launched and we’re seeking a creatively-minded marketing enthusiast to aid in our go-to-market strategy, community building/engagement, and all around hype-person. If live-streaming, gaming, or esports excites you, we're at the intersection of it all. Here’s what you’ll do at StreamKick:

  • Join our team as an intern for a minimum of one standard semester
  • Work directly with the company’s founders at a strategic and tactical level
  • Aid in active community development and engagement (and this community is fantastic!)
  • Execute on the go-to-market product marketing strategy you help to create
  • Operate freely and on your own schedule within a defined strategic plan

Top priority is finding someone that’s the right fit. Specifically someone that:

  • Is pursuing a marketing oriented degree / career
  • Is self-motivated - this is a startup!
  • Possesses an interest / understanding of live-streaming and video games (no - Super Mario Bros. doesn't count)
  • Has strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and organization
  • Exhibits exceptional attention to detail
  • Has superior written & verbal communication skills
  • Can commit to working 15-20 hours per week
  • Can make a semester or 4 month commitment

Unlock the secret cow level if you:

  • Have experience developing and deploying Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
  • Have worked with online communities either developmentally or simply because you enjoy it
  • Have experience with influencer marketing, blogger/reporter outreach, SEO, and/or email marketing 
  • Have previous photography and/or videography experience
  • Have experience in an after-hours, remote start-up environment
