IT Applications Internship
Intern with our IT Applications Systems Group in Tinley Park, Illinois.
The IT Applications Systems department is responsible for providing systems analysis, support and root cause fixes for Panduit’s Enterprise Applications. This department is also responsible for designing, developing and implementing simple to moderately complex enhancements to Panduit’s Enterprise Applications.
Projects you will be working on include:
- Process automation Scripting:
- Work as a project team member to automate existing developer on-boarding process. Assist with capturing business and user needs, documenting requirements, designing and specifying functional and technical solutions, developing and implementing the integrations.
- Mobile and Web Service application development:
- Work as a project team member on new Panduit mobile app development projects and will assist with capturing business and user needs, documenting requirements, designing and specifying functional and technical solutions, and implementing the enhancement.
Preferred Major:
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
Required Skills / Academic Exposure:
- Analytical & Troubleshooting Skills
- Oral & Written Communication Skills.
- Web related technical experience and interest in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (AngularJS), C#, Java, and/or J2EE.
- Mobile technologies such as Cordova and PhoneGap a plus.
