The candidate should be an energetic individual and responsible to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs, and can be expected to gain valuable insight that can further their interest in your chosen career field. In addition to office duties, the intern will have the opportunity to meet managers, executives, and members of the team.

They will also have an opportunity to work on projects for our clients who come different industrial backgrounds. They will have an opportunity to frequent feedback and learn a whole new business culture in Nepal. The experts in our organization can share their expertise to the interns which will put an added value to their cv during their time with us.
 

Responsibilities and Duties


·      Updating and implementing the existing strategy for the company and the client (including tactical thinking on development and policy work)
·      Sourcing and analyzing information with regards to opportunities and management
·      Negotiation with internal and stakeholders, influencing significant external relations in country or globally where appropriate
·      Working in projects to identify and win appropriate opportunities
·      Driving an innovative and entrepreneurial approach to opportunities
·      Coordinating the development, proposal writing and packaging of successful proposals
·      Undertake web research and data collection on specific subject area
·      Organize data and documents
·      Participate in the development of tools and guidelines
·      Assist in drafting, formatting and editing policy briefs, tool kits, guides/manuals, hand-outs, brochures and reports
·      Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, conferences, events
·      Participate in on-going departmental projects
·      Assist in wide range of administrative tasks
·      Assist in preparing information and research materials
·      Run general industry related errands
·      Prepare documents, drafts, and reports
·      Manage databases and input information, data, and records
·      Respond to web correspondence, social media posts, and emails
·      Research and gather documentation on company position in industry
·      Attend company functions and networking events
·      Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks

Qualifications


·      High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit
·      Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
·      Must be 18 years of age
·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·      Self-directed and able to work without supervision
·      Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
·      Innovative and thought provoking
·      Enthusiastic and detail oriented
·      Self-starter and ability to make an impact
·      Possess strong written and oral communication skills
