Come be part of a vibrant, fast paced financial services company where you will support the global financial community with innovative payments and compliance solutions developed by Accuity. Accuity is a long established company with products that have been around for over 100 years. We are part of the RELX Group, a global public Fortune 500 company listed in New York, London and the Netherlands. To support our growth, we have launched a Rotational Associate Program, based in Evanston IL, designed for recent university graduates looking for a business career in the financial services data, business and technology sector.  Our rotational program is designed to produce and develop talented, well-rounded employees by providing a variety of business experiences during the first two years of employment, supported by strong professional development and training. Select graduates will also have an opportunity for an international short term assignment in one of Accuity’s global business hubs.
The program is built on the premise that foundational building blocks and career development breed long-term success at Accuity. For this reason, we designed a tiered program that moves selected candidates from foundational to intermediate (elective) roles with the goal of building a broad base of business knowledge and skills over the first two years.

The program provides you an opportunity to obtain a deep understanding of the global financial services and banking industry and develop working experience of Accuity’s business departments. You will be assigned a management mentor throughout the two year rotational program who will work closely with you to develop your career path at Accuity. Your mentor will provide you the required support and is committed to your success in the program.

In each department you will be involved with a variety of assignments designed to stretch your capabilities while delivering quality work. You will work on interesting and challenging projects focused on solving leading edge issues for our banking and financial services clients globally. You will also receive professional development training throughout the program in a variety of areas including communication, project management, goal setting and much more.
