Sales and Production Assistant / Intern

Position Overview
The sales and production assistant will report to the production manager. This position will be working with production through the busy season along assisting with sales related activities and calls as well. This will be a seasonal position requiring 6 days a week during the busy season and long hours as needed. 
 
 
Essential Job Functions
·        Production
o   Mix and load fertilizer for customers
o   Deliver seed and supplies
o   Tender liquid and dry application rigs in field
o   Grid sampling and soil testing
 
·        Sales
o   Assist sales team with signage on fields plots
o   Scout field production for insects and disease
o   Assist with sales calls
