To The Rescue is looking for qualified Job Coaches to support individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and/or mental illness receiving employment services. The Job Coach is to support the individual to thrive and maintain employment in the community. These tasks include but are not limited to; day to day completion of job tasks, complete employer training requirements, request time off/accommodation and support in employer/employee communication.
