Summary Statement
Serves as the Communication intern under the direction of the Mike Welbourne. Assists with general communication functions, including planning and creating communication materials for the TGM website, social media, and other platforms.
Job Functions
- Develop and maintain content for the TGM website and social media
- Manage the creation of marketing materials in collaboration with TGM team members
- Create TGM branded communication templates for use in Microsoft Office
- Coordinate the creation of promotional videos and other resources for use on the website and social media
- Support events, meetings and other activities
- Prepare a variety of written communications for customers and employees
- Visit TGM locations and customers, building professional relationships
- Responsible for representing TGM in a professional manner at industry and company events
Requirements
Requires a basic understanding of production agriculture. Prefers student pursuing a communications, journalism, organizational leadership, marketing or related degree at a 4-year university with a status of at least a second semester junior or first semester senior in good academic standing at the time the internship begins.
