Finance Intern (Req 121490) - Milpitas, CA

Responsibilities
The individuals will manage a project that focuses on analytical and process improvement activities within a variety of areas of our Finance organization:
Operations Finance – this group influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. You will gain insight into activities associated with managing a dynamic business.
Corporate Finance – our corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, industry analysis and benchmarking, audit, SEC reporting and Merger and Acquisition support.
Accounting Analysis– opportunities exist across the organization to help facilitate change and process improvement to provide the best data to our managers and senior executives to make informed business decisions.
Treasury Operations - this group manages the company's liquidity needs, which includes cash management, investment portfolio, capital and debt structure. You will gain insight to how the money flows in our business, and how Treasury enforces its fiduciary responsibility to shareholders.
Qualifications
Majors: BS in Business, Finance or Accounting.
Preferred Qual:
1-2 years left before graduation
