Web developer intern, Sweden
This position is posted on behalf of our partner, Vyer Technologies, in Stockholm, Sweden. The candidate will have a mentor on site and the Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce will assist in finding housing, insurance and other important matters.
About the host company
We are revolutionizing the experience of working in buildings by making it easy to find information about indoor locations. Just like we use digital street maps inside cities to share and find information about places, we are making the interior maps of buildings searchable, and enriched with real-time data. The result is a more efficient use of time and resources, and provides a more joyful working experience.

Job Description
At Vyer we are building a product to revolutionize the experience of working in buildings by making indoor maps available to everyone and full of information, just like street maps. We do this by making it easy to search and add information to onilne maps based on the real architectural drawings. Now we need more able hands to help build the most beautiful and flexible platform to enable it all!
Our main challenge day-to-day is constructing a modern and delightful user experience around some of our core features:
Maps with 3D geometry
Real-time data visualization
User-created data about indoor locations (comments, pictures, etc)
As a member of our small but growing development team you will primarily work on our web app, but if interested also contribute to the backend. Your responsibilities will range from proposing, designing and implementing new app features and technologies.
Our tech stack currently consists of React, Relay, GraphQL, node.js, and PostgreSQL, together with three.js, Material UI, and Typescript.
We have the grand ambition of our product being used for most buildings in the world, and for us the past year has been filled with confirmation that we are building a service with great applications and customer interest.

Develop web apps

Required Skills
You probably have
Multi-year experience developing web apps
Experience developing web APIs
Insightful and humble views on code quality and UX
It would be awesome if you have
Worked at a startup or in a similar fast-moving organization
Experience developing 3D-graphics software
