Technical Analyst(RPA)

Western National is looking for a talented, driven individual to join our team as a Technical Analyst focused on improving relationships through automation. This unique opportunity offers someone the chance to be a part of an impactful organizational initiative.
 
The ideal candidate has previous experience creating automated scripts or specific RPA experience. The candidate would ideally have experience in analyzing and documenting business processes working right alongside our business partners and developing and maintaining automated robots to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers.
 
Job Duties/Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility for automation.
  • Participate in various types of interviews, meetings or workshops to define, design and configure automation solutions.
  • Create and support dashboards on identified metrics.
  • Regularly review recurring application issues to identify and create potential long-term solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation such as design specifications, flow charts, and data flow diagrams to communicate software delivery, updates, and enhancements.
  • Work with change control team to ensure quality deliveries of business solutions between environments.
  • Identify and develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity following established policies and procedures.
  • Identify and recommend potential modifications/enhancements in existing applications to meet the changing needs of the business partners.
  • Identify opportunities, make recommendations, and implement solutions that can help improve efficiency of business processes through software enhancements.
  • Regular contact with customers and employees across the organization.
  • Regular contact with outside vendors.
 
Job Requirements and Qualifications      
  • Previous work experience in automation framework and software – UI Path preferred.
  • Previous experience with Robotics Process Automation software is preferred.
  • Experience conducting workshops with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with workflow analysis and business process modeling.
  • Interest in working to establish an automation governance framework with the organization.
  • Proven ability to develop, test, and support software applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow project management practices including agile and SCRUM methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science; experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
  • Intermediate level experience in required scripting languages.
  • Understanding of system integrations.
  • Intermediate level of experience with code versioning software.
  • Experience or understanding of automation processes/platforms.
