Data Analyst

Description:
Input text based and numerical information from physical and electronic account opening documents into CRM system (Salesforce)
Verify accuracy of existing data in Salesforce by comparing against account opening documents
Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents and / or data
Review findings and questions with subject matter experts
Scan documents and print files, when needed
Maintain strict confidentiality of information
 
Requirements
  • Previous experience with handling and entering large volumes of data
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and comfort escalating to SMEs
  • Proactive mindset to highlight and escalate data quality issues
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
 
Preferred Skills
Prior experience with Salesforce
Working knowledge of client and account set-up process at a Broker Dealer / FCM
Be knowledgeable about good data quality principles
