Healthcare Recruiter

Recruitment Training Program:

American Traveler offers a solid structured training program consisting of classroom training and hands on training working with a mentor & dedicated sales training manager. The training period lasts 8 - 12 weeks with the opportunity to earn monetary incentives above and beyond top compensation & benefits.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Being able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and balance outbound & inbound calls
  • Utilizing excellent communication skills to interact with prospective and existing clients
  • Prospect candidates to understand their needs, and qualify them for job opportunities
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly individual sales goals
  • Working in a fast paced, deadline sensitive business
  • Providing excellent client service

  • Proficient in mathematics

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree of higher, with a focus in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • GPA of 3.0+ is preferred (on a 4/0 scale)
  • Excellent people skills, organizational and communication skills
  • Prior work experience is preferred - sales, retail, internships or other
  • The ability to work independently or on a team
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Dependability, maturity, and flexibility--team-player focus

Location and Flexibility

Our office is located in paradise. Hugging the shoreline between West Palm Beach to the north and Fort Lauderdale to the south, we enjoy 1500 acres of parks and miles of hiking paths, and swimmers, snorkelers and sun seekers enjoy our four miles of tropical Florida beaches.

If your life happens to take you away from Boca Raton, after 2 years in the corporate office you have the option of working from home anywhere else in the country or even outside the country. Working from home on an as needed basis is also available to our local employees.
