Associate Sales Representative

Then we have an opportunity for you! We are currently looking for an Associate Sales Manager to join our team working on Fresh-Lock® and Presto® specialty films brand in Appleton, Wisconsin.

The Fresh-Lock® brand is the market leader in press-to-close zipper and slider reclosable solutions for flexible packaging. With a solution for virtually any packaging need, our closures drive consumer loyalty and brand differentiation through functional benefits. The Fresh-Lock® brand team offers specialized packaging machinery and quality components for fast and efficient track and slider applications.
Your Role:
As an Associate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for helping support the growth of the Fresh-Lock brand and Specialty Films businesses and report directly to the NA Sales Manager. As the Associate Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Help develop and manage new accounts for Fresh-lock products
  • Proactively identify opportunities within established accounts
  • Prospect new customer leads for Fresh-Lock® closures and Specialty Films products
  • Maintain CRM database including lead-list and contacts
  • Build strong relationships with customer service, R&D, Tech Service, manufacturing and external teams and customers
  • Travel with Regional Sales Managers and participate in trade shows
  • Help deliver on sales objectives
In this exciting role, you will start in our Appleton, WI office learning the B to B sales operations and with successful performance this will lead to a Regional Sales Manager’s position. Relocation within the United States will be required for the Regional Sales Manager position when available.

We need you to have:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in outside sales
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication: ability to put together presentations and demonstrate the ability to speak clearly within group settings. Read and interpret documentation such as contracts and packaging requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability for overnight travel on a periodic basis
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle
Icing on the cake:
  • Flexible packaging and or value added selling experience
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • CRM experience
