Partner Programs Internship

Intern with the Partners Program Team in Tinley Park, IL 
The Partner Programs Team develops, executes, monitors, and maintains multiple channel loyalty and incentive programs to develop and foster long term relationships and mutual growth with targeted market segments globally.  These targeted segments include Network and Electrical Contractors, IT and OT System Integrators, EPC Firms, and Consultants

The team supports several thousand partner companies and >25,000 users globally using a web-based partner portal and several channel data management tools.

Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will allow you to work across different groups effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service. While juggling multiple projects, your ability to meet deadlines and close the loop through completion will immediately add to your success.

In This Internship Opportunity, you will work on the following projects:

Partner Program Competitive Research and Analysis: 
  • Conduct Internet Research of Competitive Programs
  • Conduct Voice of Business Interviews and Synthesis of Feedback
  • Conduct Voice of Customer Interviews and Synthesis of Feedback

PRM/CRM/Marketo Integration:
  • Job shadowing with Program Mgr(s) and others
  • Building of data requirements for Marketo
  • Mapping of data from disparate systems

Global Training Pricing Strategy: 
  • Collect pricing data on course pricing globally
  • Understand costs related to delivering training in different theaters
  • Develop proposal to align pricing globally

Preferred Major: Business, Marketing or related major 

Required Skills / Academic Exposure: 
  • Applicants must possess strong project management skills
  • Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other office tools
  • Applicants should have the ability to work independently
  • Applicants should have the ability to multitask, problem solve, prioritize and exercise critical thinking skills 
  • Applicants should be outgoing, confident personality with ability establish rapport
  • Applicants with previous Learning Management System exposure is preferred but not required
