Jr. Security Engineer - Identity Management - Technology Associate Program

Chubb is looking for individuals passionate about technology to join our Technology Associate Program (TAP). The Technology Associate Program is a two year program geared to early career professionals to help them develop expertise and technical acumen as a technologist. By joining the Technology Associate Program, you will be offered the following:

Position Summary:
 
As a member of the Identity and Access Management team within our IT Security practice, the TAP associate will be responsible for working collaboratively to resolve access management challenges and provide end user support. The TAP associate will be a self-starter, have an engineering mindset, and be able to troubleshoot complex problems. This associate will get to learn information security technologies to complete assigned tickets and assist with identity projects.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Be part of a fast-paced team in which is constantly working across all areas of the business. Work with stakeholders to understand their security needs and address any defects determined in the process.
  • Multi-task multiple projects and work initiatives to completion. Work with staff to translate root-cause analysis results into actionable solutions.
  • Evaluate new technology and recommend new products that could enhance the team’s ability and core responsibilities.
  • Cross train other team members as new process and initiatives are defined.
  • Available to be On-Call part of a rotating schedule with other ISA team members.
  • Assist in Compliance Coordination efforts for IT.
 
 

 
Desired Qualifications:

  • Energetic, able to build and sustain long-term relationships across a multitude of stakeholders in a fast paced, multi-national work environment.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present, persuade and influence peers.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computer Science or Information Systems Required
 
Bonus Skills:
 
  • PowerShell, Python, or relevant coding experience
  • Experience with Unix/Linux systems
  • Understanding of core System Administration principals
  • Familiarity with networking and IT troubleshooting
  • Security tool experience
