Licensed Counselor
We are currently hiring for a Mental Health Clinician for our growing Coeur d’Alene office to provide individual and family therapy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience, enjoy working with members who have a mental health diagnosis, have patience, understanding, and are willing to instill hope in our members.
Job duties include (but not limited to):
- Providing individual and/or family counseling to members
- Completing electronic documentation of sessions
- Proficient in assessing, diagnosing, treatment / discharge planning, and goal setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, which include good spelling, punctuation, and grammar in charting, letter writing, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Completion of paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
- Knowledge of community resources and ability to coordinate care.
- Ability to operate independently and as part of our team.
- Clear understanding of Idaho state laws and liabilities regarding critical and ethical issues in counseling.
- Excellent ethical practices.
- Obtain 20 continuing educational credits each year.
Qualifications:
- LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, LAMFT
- Pass a background check through Idaho Department of Welfare

This position starts out as part-time and can work up to full-time quickly as you build your caseload. You choose your own hours and have the benefit of having as flexible of a schedule as you need.

Salary: $28.00 - 48.00 /hour depending on billable clinical counseling codes
