Responsibilities:
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Prioritizing incoming incidents and service requests
- Create and update ticketing system
- Document IT processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Associates degree or technical aptitude required
- 1+ years of service desk or help desk experience required
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment
