IT Support – Application and Database Support Technician - 2 Positions | Wisconsin Department of Revenue

These positions will maintain, upgrade, and provide technical support for applications and databases for multiple DOR applications.

These positions work closely with applications development staff, business area representatives, technical support staff, and Department of Administration (DOA), Division of Enterprise Technology (DET) infrastructure services teams.

These positions participate in the analysis of new technology to deliver new or enhanced systems, and implements IT architecture best practices, policies, and procedures in order to maintain a high level of application reliability and security. They are also responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer, vendor, and peer relationships.
