Chick-fil-A Coral Ridge Business Leadership Intern
Chick-fil-A Coral Ridge is seeking candidates who are eager to learn and develop their business leadership through a paid internship position. The position is a minimum six-month commitment. The purpose of this program is to identify and hire students who have an interest in receiving hands on experience in operating a business and leading a team.
The Chick-fil-A Coral Ridge Business Leadership Internship provides a challenging hands on business experience with opportunities to learn about our culture, practice and learn business skills in a live environment, as well as social and networking opportunities.
We are seeking hardworking, driven individuals with a passion for people and an entrepreneurial spirit..This position requires the candidate to be highly organized, self-motivated and able to manage people with the heart of a servant leader. They must be able to balance hard work and guest-focused service. The candidate must be dedicated to both personal and professional growth as they serve on our team. They must be passionate about customer service and strive for excellence in all tasks. They must take initiative during their shift, have the ability to move from one task to another quickly and efficiently and most importantly lead their team by example.

Candidate Requirements:
- Working to complete their undergraduate degree
- Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during the semester and full time when school is not in session
- Two professional references
