Marketing Services Coordinator

SUMMARY OF PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Marketing Services Coordinator (MSC) will have primary responsibility for managing outbound marketing activities including (but not limited to) exhibitions, campaigns, and general product promotion. The MSC will collaborate with the commercial team to strengthen our brand and generate profitable growth. The MSC will also collaborate with Marketing associates around the world to ensure global branding initiatives are met. We are looking for a creative and quantitative thinker with good administrative skills and an understanding of product marketing processes.
 
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
·        Coordinate exhibition activities in collaboration with Account Executives
·        Manage commercial assets (sales collateral, booth equipment, marketing materials)
·        Manage campaigns by creating pieces, launching materials, and tracking success
·        Assist Account Executives with customer specific events
·        Manage sales collateral creation with our 3rd party agencies
·        Administer updates and optimization of website
·        Manage customer pricelists and coordinate updates into our ERP system
·        Maintain customer databases (mailing lists, VOC)
·        Study Fluid Management products and trends
·        Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, pricing, advertising and maintaining info into a database
·        Maintain market share database logging changes and trends
·        Translate technical details into benefits for the user
·        Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments and objectives

·        Solid analytical skills and solution-driven thinking; collects and researches data; uses intuition and experience to complement data. 
·        Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information and ideas in a variety of media to variety of groups
·        Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, balance, and manage multiple efforts with strong results/goal orientation
·        Keen eye for detail
·        Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
·        Familiar with marketing tactics
·        Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
·        Knowledgeable of social media platforms
·        Self-starter and independent worker
·        Background in design and copywriting is a plus
·        Bilingual in Spanish an additional plus, but not required
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION LEVEL, OR KNOWLEDGE
·        Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field
·        Prior work or internship experience in Marketing or Communications preferred
·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Products
