Camp Phillips is America's Premier Boy Scout camp, located just outside of Rice Lake, WI. We are seeking qualified applicants for the Shooting Sports Instructor position.
We will provide you with all required training.

Dates of Employment: June 7 - August 8, 2020. Temporary Summer Camp Employment.
Job Duties:
- Maintain a safe environment for learning the fundamentals of safe gun handling.
- Coach students to make improvements in shooting consistency and accuracy.
- Lead by example, be a part of the camp leadership team
- Ensure all camp owned equipment is well maintained and cared for.
- Provide leadership to staff in the Shooting Sports program area
Qualifications: '
Shooting Sports Directors will receive required training free of charge, to be eligible for certification, applicants must be 21 years of age or older. Knowledge in firearm safety, handling and maintenance is preferred.
The Boy Scouts of America has many leaders, camp counselors, professionals and members that are male and female that come from all backgrounds.
All camp staff will undergo a criminal background check.
