Contact Center Data Analytics Internship

The Data Analytics Internship will begin in June and end in December of 2020. 

What You’ll Do & Learn 
You will utilize a combination of analytical skills, techniques, and statistical methods to assist our Contact Center analytics team.  You’ll work on a variety of analytical projects focused on contact center data and research. In addition, you will be responsible for: 
·        Using BI tools to analyze contact center metrics and KPI’s to identify issues and areas for improvement. 
·        Running and maintaining existing reports on a frequent basis using Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Excel, SQL and SAS VA. Suggest ways to automate, streamline and combine reports.
·        Using tools like SQL to transfer and translate data to develop custom reports with BI tools such as Excel, SQL, Redshift and SAS VA. Schedules and distributes them using SSRS

What it Takes 
Ideally you will be working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Science, MIS Business, or related field of study. In addition you must possess: 
·        At least Junior Senior standing, recent graduates may be considered 
·        Cumulative GPA of 2.80 or higher 
·        Knowledge of statistical programming languages
·        Strong written and verbal communication  
·        Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills 
·        Ability to analyze and solve problems 
·        Interest in learning new things and working at a fast pace
