Associate Attorney

Employment litigation boutique, which focuses on plaintiff-side class actions, seeks an entry-level associate. Civil litigation and class action experience is highly valued. Additionally, knowledge of California employment law is a plus. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the State of California or anticipating licensure. Position offers competitive compensation,  bonuses based on positive case results, and E&O coverage.

The Associate position will involve an extensive amount of motion practice and legal writing. Thus, the ideal candidate must have exceptional writing and analytical skills. From an early point in their tenure with the firm, associates are presented with the opportunity to independently manage their own caseload under their own direction. Associates obtain a greater level of independence and experience at this firm than those in similar stages of their career.
