Marketing Intern
Quartz is seeking an intern to join our Marketing team to work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager and Digital and Creative Marketing team members. This paid internship will offer participants the opportunity to learn important skills based on real-world experience in a fun and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop an awareness of marketing for the insurance industry
- Create communications
- Learn how Web and Design integrate into corporate marketing functions
- Support basic marketing functions
- Learn and develop skills on web CMS
- Proved support for innovative marketing strategies
- Communicate results to marketing leadership through a final presentation
The successful candidate will be responsible for adhering to company policies, work hours, and
rules governing professional staff behavior.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated commitment to a Marketing or Communications career path
- Ability to work 40 hours/week between June and August
- Sophomore or Junior class standing preferred at time of hire
- Effectively contributes and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment
- Works well under pressure and is adaptable to change.
- Presents a positive and professional image.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
