Marketing Consultant | Sales

Aelieve is on the hunt for an experienced, dynamic, and innovative sales director to join our thriving team. We’re looking for someone who has an obsession with successfully scaling sales teams, leading teams with a dueling skillset of rigor and inspiration, optimizing strategy, and ultimately, to turn Aelieve into the industry’s first “household name” in marketing.

Our ideal candidate will be well versed in inside, consultative, and complex sales cycles and will be intimately familiar with a startup environment that leverages a complex system of technologies and processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing sales objectives including forecasting and developing annual sales budgets and quotas.
  • Maintaining sales volume, revenue, and margin by developing competitive industry-relevant sales strategies.
  • Completing sales operational requirements by managing employee lead distribution, reviewing time tracking and vacations, and leading team meetings (including ongoing training and one on ones).
  • Perform all sales duties including, but not limited, to CRM updates, calls, proposal building, and presentations as required in order to help your team achieve quota
  • Maintaining sales staff by handling open requirements, recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new hires
  • Maintaining sales team results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintaining a positive team culture. This includes but not limited to sales promotions, team lunches and outings, interpersonal well being initiatives and an overall spirit of collaboration, passion, and success
  • Create a sales training and orientation program to educate new hires as our company grows, as well as actively looking for ways to improve the program itself
  • Setting strong team morale and motivation as an overall culture leader.
  • Joining high-value calls and will be responsible for select Enterprise Brand Name accounts
  • Proactive in finding new ways to tackle a massive market with no clear leader.
  • Publishing and implementing new processes and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Creating a long term vision for the department, inspiring buy-in and trust from team members and leading the team to accomplish the vision.

Hours per week:
  • Flexible Hours
  • Approximately 20 to start
