OATI has immediate part-time openings for an entry-level Finance Specialist I positions. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated, highly organized, and have a desire to learn and diversify their skill set.

Responsibilities include:
·        Working with A/R 
·        Interacting with national and international customer base
·        Working closely with intracompany departments
·        Preparing customer invoices and statements
·        Posting customer payments
·        Reconcile customer accounts
 
Qualifications/Requirements:
·        Minimum of associate’s degree in related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
·        Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail
·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·        Ability to work under deadlines; sense of urgency and strong organizational skills
·        Must have good PC skills, including strong internet navigation skills
·        Must have good math skills
·        Acceptable background investigation report
·        U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
·        Local to MN
 
OATI offers part time employment up to 40 hours a week with potential to become full time following a three month probationary period.
