Overview of the paid internship position: This is a 30-day internship with a lot of travel.

- Travel to visit and learn from Adecco Group teams across the United States
- Work closely with executive leadership and offer fresh insights

Learning objectives:
- To understand how the largest, global HR company in the world works!

Training:
- The intern will be on the ground, in high-level meetings, and even be privy confidential information. The finalists will attend an intensive 3-day bootcamp in NYC which will test (and teach) the finalists on what it takes!
Hours per week:
- For this 30-day internship, the hours will vary as there is a lot of travel. But expect full days on M-F!

Q: Can I really be from anywhere in the USA?
A: Yes, the intern can live anywhere in the country; Adecco will pay for all expenses throughout the program as you travel alongside our leadership to your destinations.
Q: When does this start and end? Where will it be located?
A: The experience starts April 14-16 with CEO for One Month Bootcamp in New York City where 8 college students will compete to earn the title “CEO for One Month.” Should you be named CEO, you’ll spend the entire month of June traveling across the USA working with the Adecco Group’s senior leadership!
Q: What happens after that?
A: The second phase of the internship is the opportunity to participate in the Adecco Group’s CEO for One Month Global Bootcamp where one intern from around the world will be chosen to work alongside and shadow the global CEO of the Adecco Group for one month and earn another big paycheck. This phase of the internship will take place in Europe.
