Skills required:
  • Proficient in - C# using Visual Studio, MVC and Entity Framework - Web Services protocols such as REST, SOAP and API design - JavaScript, jQuery, HTML 5, CSS 3.0, Knockout.JS and Multiple JavaScript Frameworks.
  • SQL database including writing T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, SSIS Packages, and SSRS. • Strong knowledge of version control software such as TFS. •
  • Good understanding of Software Design Patterns. •
  • Quickly learn new programming technologies. •
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills. •
  • Work closely with other developers and/or analysts within the team and across teams.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to scope opportunities, identify constraints, and help mitigate risks • Research and adapt technical solutions based on changing business needs.
  • Provide technical mentoring for team members as needed.
  • Has the ability to enhance standards and improve process efficiency.
  • Research skills to evaluate and recommends new tools and applications.
  • Ability to write and produce required technical documents.
Skills Preferred:
  • Strong knowledge of version control software such GIT.
  • Knowledge of in Rules and web Methods is a plus
Experience Required:
  • 1+ plus years’ experience with full proficiency in C# using Visual Studio, MVC and Entity Framework.
  • 1+ plus years’ experience in developing user interfaces using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML 5, CSS 3.0, Knockout.JS and Multiple JavaScript Frameworks.
  • 1 plus years’ experience with Web Services protocols such as REST, SOAP and API design for extensibility and portability.
  • 1 plus years’ experience with advanced proficiency using SQL database including writing T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, SSIS Packages, and SSRS.
Experience Preferred:
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience to develop automated tests to use for regression and unit testing.
  • Experience with State Government, Medicaid, CHIP, and DHR business area or health care industry.
Education Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
