LEADERSHIP TRAINEE
This Is What You’ll Do:
- Take part in the Octapharma Leadership Academy (OLA), a six-month training series that includes on-the-job experience and interactive support
- Gain valuable, real-world exposure to many aspects of our growing organization
- Rotate among our regions throughout the U.S. during the program, and ultimately be placed in the location that suits your skills and our needs
- Learn all aspects of donor-center operations and quality functions
- Perform duties and assignments with the goal of becoming a donor-center leader

- An outgoing brand ambassador who is eager to learn and master new skills
- Someone who displays strong, basic organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Capable of consistently working well under pressure and meeting demanding deadlines
- A person committed to excellent customer service all day, every day
- Someone with positive energy, always willing to pitch in where needed
- Understanding, patient, and genuinely authentic
- Hungry to build a great career
Requirements
This Is What It Takes:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED and equivalent experience will be considered
- Willingness and ability to work anywhere in the continental U.S.
- One or more years of entry-level work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with a diverse group of individuals throughout all demographics
- Ability to work day and evening hours, weekends, holidays and extended shifts on a frequent basis
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word and Excel
