Are you looking to join a growing not-for-profit, health care organization that is committed to the people and communities we serve? Would you like to work with an organization that provides opportunities for your professional growth and development? As a Dentist at Bridge Community Health Clinic, you will play a key role in helping to remove barriers to care and improve the health of our patients and communities.

We are a National Health Service Corp approved site, seeking energetic, passionate and caring Dentists to join our small care team to provide high quality, direct patient-centered care to our patients.

How you’ll make our patients smile:
  • You’ll provide a full scope of general dental care including diagnostic services, preventive care, treatment planning, operative dentistry, crowns and bridges, prosthodontics, periodontics, and endodontics. We also have robust specialist referral pathways for patients that need specialist TLC.
  • We’d love for you to provide top-notch dental care to 11 scheduled patients and 8-10 examinations/emergency visits per day.

It would make us smile if you have graduated from a CODA accredited dental school with a DDS or DMD degree, a current unrestricted Wisconsin Dentistry license in good standing, current DEA registration, and a current BLS certificate. Clinical experience is highly regarded, but we’d love to hear from new and recent graduates too.

We’ll be smiling from ear-to-ear if you have graduated from a GPR or AEGD program, have a valid Wisconsin Class I or Class II conscious sedation permit, 2 years of general dentistry experience, experience working with diverse populations - especially those from various sociocultural and economic backgrounds.

As our successful candidate, you will be team oriented, self-directed, and mission driven. You will have a strong work ethic and patient-first, can-do attitude.

We know that providing high quality dental care is no small ask, that’s why we offer these great benefits:
  • Work-Life balance
  • Competitive wages
  • Group health, dental, and vision insurance benefits
  • Life insurance, AD&D coverage, and short-term and long-term disability insurance
  • Generous paid-time off policy
  • Holiday pay
  • Retirement benefits that include a 401(k), Roth 401(k), and a quarterly 3% defined contribution to your retirement plan.
