JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a TRINAMIC, Inc. intern, you will assist Trinamic FAEs in all pre- and post-sales activities. In this role, you will be expected to maintain sales reports, CRM tool, perform extensive researches on market technology trends, assist in trade show preparations, evaluate chipsets and modules and write script examples in TMCL (Trinamic Motion Control Language).

JOB CLASSIFICATION: 
A part time internship at TRINAMIC, Inc. will provide an opportunity to work with a fast-paced, growing company in Chicago. At TRINAMIC, the internship program is about working at motion control technology leader to expand your knowledge on motors and controllers while working on customer specific projects ranging from 3D Printers to Dialysis machines to autonomous drones. This paid internship will help develop technical understanding in mechatronics, interpersonal skills, account management and pre and post sales engagements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•     Work with our Field Application Engineers (FAE) and sales representatives to aggressively win designs and grow revenue
•     Support FAEs with design programs to ensure customer success for both hardware and software
•     Support Trinamic FAEs with demos for trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
•     Support accounts with our FAE team
•     Perform research with our EVAL (evaluation) boards
•     Monitor and report on new customers, market treads, and competitor products
•     Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool
•     Manage sales reports
•     Process shipments, invoices, and office requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
•     In university studying a technical course
•     Technical understanding of motor and motion control applications, ICs and/or controllers preferred
•     Knowledge of PCB layout and common engineering software preferred
•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
•     Self-motivated, driven and dynamic personality
