Danfoss in Minneapolis, Minnesota is looking for an Operations Supply Chain Intern to join their team.
Background and Skills
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain
- Junior classification or above
- GPA 3.0 or above
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data analysis experience using Excel and/or AutoCAD Skills
- Must be highly motivated and self-directed
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Facilitate and execute 1-2 manufacturing layout projects to improve flow and efficiency
- Conduct production routing time studies to maximize productivity
- Assist in creating a business case for Vertical Storage improvements
- Modify/create an Excel database for gathering Hour by Hour information for analysis
